It's well shot, and gives a good glimpse into 70s Philly, so I think that those who dig movies that portray specific places at specific times will probably be happy here. Is it a conspiracy?

The Black Panther Party achieved national and international impact through their deep involvement in the Black Power movement and in US politics of the 1960s and 70s, as the intense anti-racism of the time is today considered one of the most significant social, political and cultural currents in US history. FAQ I always find it amazing that quality films such as this have a hard time seeing the light of day (or moonlight for that matter)even though we are inundated with channels through our various cable/satellite packages.
